Terms of Use
Last updated: May 11, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lawmaxgroup.com and any related pages, content, or services (collectively, the "Site"), which are operated by The LawMax Group ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. No legal advice
The Site provides general information about Arizona personal injury law and the services we offer. The content on the Site is not legal advice, is not intended to substitute for the advice of a qualified attorney about the specific facts of your case, and should not be relied upon as such. Laws change and vary by jurisdiction; case outcomes depend on the specific facts of each matter.
2. No attorney-client relationship
Accessing the Site, viewing content on the Site, or submitting an inquiry through the Site does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and The LawMax Group or any of its attorneys. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after both you and an attorney at The LawMax Group have signed a written engagement letter. Until that occurs, please do not transmit any information that you would consider confidential or privileged beyond what is reasonably necessary to evaluate your matter.
3. Permitted use
You may access and view the Site for your personal, non-commercial informational use. You may not (a) copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the content on the Site without our prior written consent, (b) use the Site to transmit harmful code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, (c) frame or mirror any portion of the Site without our consent, or (d) use any automated means (scrapers, bots, crawlers other than search-engine crawlers operating within their stated policies) to collect content from the Site.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and all content on it, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the underlying code, are owned by or licensed to The LawMax Group and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. "The LawMax Group" name and logo are our trademarks; you may not use them without permission.
5. User-submitted content
If you submit information to us through the Site (for example, through a contact form), you represent that the information is truthful and is yours to provide. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the information you submit for the purpose of evaluating your inquiry and providing legal services if we are retained.
6. Third-party content and links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or display third-party content (for example, embedded videos or statutory citations). We do not endorse and are not responsible for the accuracy, content, or practices of third-party sites or services. Your use of any third-party site or service is at your own risk and subject to that party's terms.
7. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or that defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The LawMax Group and its attorneys, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Site exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The LawMax Group and its attorneys, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
